SAP S/4HANA Quality Management integrates quality into procurement, production and sales. Inspection lots are created automatically at goods receipt, during production or before delivery, results are recorded against inspection plans, and defects are managed through quality notifications and corrective actions.
Certificates of analysis can be issued to customers, and quality data is available for analysis in real time.
