Accredited E-Invoicing for the UAE
UNDERSTAND THE REQUIREMENTS
The UAE runs on a decentralised, Peppol-based "five-corner" model. You issue a structured e-invoice from your ERP. Your accredited service provider (ASP) validates it, delivers it to the buyer ASP over Peppol and reports the tax data to the Federal Tax Authority (FTA). Webtel is that accredited service provider, so the entire chain runs on one platform with one team answerable for it.
The model covers business-to-business and business-to-government transactions. Every in-scope business appoints an accredited service provider ahead of its phase go-live, and choosing the right partner early makes the rollout smoother.

FAQS
E-invoicing covers business-to-business and business-to-government transactions by businesses operating in the UAE. Your revenue determines your phase: AED 50 million or more goes live on 1 January 2027, and other businesses on 1 July 2027.
An accredited service provider (ASP) validates e-invoices, exchanges them over the Peppol network and reports tax data to the FTA. Webtel is an accredited service provider, so you do not need a separate ASP. We connect your ERP directly to our platform and manage the full flow.
Not for in-scope transactions once your phase goes live. The legally valid invoice becomes the structured PINT AE e-invoice exchanged over Peppol. You can still share a readable copy with customers for convenience.
No. We integrate with the ERP or accounting system you already use, including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo and Tally, so your team keeps working the way it does today.
Yes. One platform supports multi-entity organisations, and Webtel is an accredited service provider across Oman, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Mauritius and Malaysia, so regional groups manage compliance with a single partner.
