OVERVIEW
Large UAE groups often run Oracle, either Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite. Both hold the invoice data that UAE e-invoicing needs, but neither produces PINT AE e-invoices on Peppol by itself without an integration to an accredited service provider.
Webtel connects Oracle using the methods each edition supports, such as REST APIs and reports in Fusion Cloud, or interface tables and concurrent programs in E-Business Suite. Invoices are extracted after completion, converted, validated and sent, and the result is written back so your receivables team can follow every invoice.
Oracle customers in the UAE are usually larger organisations with shared-service centres, several legal entities and strict change control. E-invoicing has to fit into that governance: documented designs, controlled deployments and testing that follows your release calendar.
We design the integration around Oracle's supported extension points, keep custom code outside the core ERP and provide monitoring that your support team can run. That way, e-invoicing becomes part of your normal Oracle operations rather than a fragile add-on.
CAPABILITIES
Invoices, credit memos and debit memos converted to PINT AE.
Several legal entities and TRNs handled in one integration.
Delivery and rejection statuses recorded against each transaction.
Standard interfaces only, so Oracle updates are not disrupted.
COMMON CHALLENGES
These are the issues we see most often. Each one is planned for from the start, so it does not surface in the week before go-live.
01
Every change goes through design, approval and testing cycles that must fit the go-live deadline.
02
Shared-service centres bill for several UAE entities, sometimes from more than one source system.
03
Oracle Fusion Cloud updates every quarter, so integrations must survive regular regression testing.
04
Receivables transaction types and tax regimes need a clear mapping to UAE invoice and tax types.
THE UAE MODEL
The UAE uses a decentralised, Peppol-based "five-corner" model. Your invoice is created in your own system, validated and delivered by accredited service providers, and its tax data is reported to the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) as part of the same exchange.
Step 1
In your ERP, accounting or billing system.
Step 2
Checked against PINT AE and UAE rules.
Step 3
Your accredited service provider (ASP) exchanges it over Peppol.
Step 4
Delivered to the buyer's own service provider and system.
Step 5
Tax data is reported to the FTA.

FAQS
Yes. The connection method differs, but the e-invoicing flow and monitoring are the same.
We use standard, supported interfaces and include e-invoicing in your regression testing, so updates do not break the flow.
Yes. Each entity's TRN and invoice series is handled separately within the same integration.
Yes. If you use Oracle Integration Cloud or another middleware platform, the e-invoicing flow can run through it.
Not usually. Most setups need a mapping from existing tax codes to UAE tax categories rather than a redesign.
Each entity's TRN and invoice numbering is kept separate, even when one team bills for several entities.
