UAE E-INVOICING · ERP & SOFTWARE
Keep your older or custom-built ERP and still meet UAE e-invoicing. We connect it with file-based or database integration, so it does not need to be replaced before your deadline.

OVERVIEW
Many UAE businesses still run older or custom-built ERP systems that were never designed for structured e-invoicing. Replacing them before the deadline is rarely realistic, and it is not required.
Webtel connects legacy systems through the data they can already produce: an export file, a print file or a read-only database view. The data is converted to PINT AE, validated and exchanged through an accredited service provider, and statuses are returned as a report or file your team can use.
Legacy systems usually keep running because they work and replacing them is expensive. E-invoicing should not force an unplanned migration. By using the data your system already produces, you can meet the deadline now and choose your future ERP on your own timetable.
We analyse what your system can export, fill gaps from other sources where needed and set up a reliable, scheduled transfer. Your team gets a simple daily view of what was sent and what needs attention, without learning a new ERP.
CAPABILITIES
Export files, print files or database views as the source.
Files collected from a secure folder or SFTP on a schedule.
Missing or invalid data is flagged before anything leaves.
A daily view of what was sent, delivered or rejected.
COMMON CHALLENGES
These are the issues we see most often. Each one is planned for from the start, so it does not surface in the week before go-live.
01
Older systems often cannot connect directly to new services.
02
Exports may lack fields the UAE e-invoice requires, such as buyer TRNs.
03
Print files and fixed-width exports need careful parsing.
04
The original vendor may no longer support changes.
THE UAE MODEL
The UAE uses a decentralised, Peppol-based "five-corner" model. Your invoice is created in your own system, validated and delivered by accredited service providers, and its tax data is reported to the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) as part of the same exchange.
Step 1
In your ERP, accounting or billing system.
Step 2
Checked against PINT AE and UAE rules.
Step 3
Your accredited service provider (ASP) exchanges it over Peppol.
Step 4
Delivered to the buyer's own service provider and system.
Step 5
Tax data is reported to the FTA.
HOW IT WORKS
We check your version, invoice types and where the UAE data fields already live.
Your invoice data is mapped to the PINT AE format and the UAE data dictionary.
We link your system to an accredited service provider and test every invoice type end to end.
You switch on e-invoicing before your phase deadline, with our team on hand.

Missing data, such as customer TRNs, can be added from a separate master file during conversion, so invoices still meet UAE requirements.
Yes. The e-invoicing and Peppol connection stay the same; only the source of the invoice data changes.
Very reliable when designed properly, with checks for missing files, duplicates and failed transfers, and alerts when something needs attention.
Yes. In-house systems can use file-based or database integration, or an API if your team can add one.
The mapping is updated and tested when your export format changes, so e-invoicing continues without interruption.
