E-Invoicing for the UAE
UNDERSTAND THE REQUIREMENTS
The UAE uses a decentralised, Peppol-based "five-corner" model. You issue a structured e-invoice, your accredited service provider (ASP) validates it and delivers it to your buyer's ASP over Peppol, and the tax data is reported to the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) at the same time.
It applies to business-to-business and business-to-government transactions. Every in-scope business needs to appoint an accredited service provider before its go-live date, so preparation needs to start well ahead of the deadline.

FAQS
E-invoicing covers business-to-business and business-to-government transactions by businesses operating in the UAE. Your revenue determines your phase: AED 50 million or more goes live on 1 January 2027, and other businesses on 1 July 2027.
An accredited service provider (ASP) is a company approved by the FTA to validate and exchange e-invoices over the Peppol network and report tax data to the FTA. Every in-scope business must appoint one before its go-live date. We set up and manage the connection between your systems and your ASP.
Not for in-scope transactions once your phase goes live. The legally valid invoice becomes the structured PINT AE e-invoice exchanged over Peppol. You can still share a readable copy with customers for convenience.
No. We connect e-invoicing to the ERP or accounting system you already use, so your team keeps working the way it does today.
